God's Top Ten

Every Sunday through the months of June, July and August, children ages 2 -5th grade will  encounter an out of this world adventure as they explore God’s Top Ten Commandments in the Old Testament. Summer fun incorporates all of the excitement of traditional bible school throughout the entire summer. The children will experience incredible music, lip-smacking snacks, cosmic crafts, and galactic games - all while following the unparalleled adventures of Commander as he explores God’s 10
Commandments in his intergalactic missions.

Memory Verse Challenge:
This summer, your children will be encouraged to memorize the God’s Top Ten passages.
Here is the challenge:

The Ultimate Challenge
(Memorize the 10 memory verses and hand commands)

Kids who take the challenge and memorize the passages by August 15 will receive a gift.
Each child will receive a Memory Packet. Parents the goal is to encourage your children to use the verse cards and flashcards to learn their verses. Take the challenge and equip your child with “God’s Top Ten.”

Mission:
This year the children will be collecting money all summer for Kisha Biblike Baptiste church in Albania. This church was founded by Jeff Bartell in 1992.  At that time Albania was a country void of Christian songs, Bibles and churches.  The church began meeting in an orphanage and several other locations until 2000, when they were able to purchase their own building.  The church has continued to grow over the years and sent out members to start another church in 2003.  Both of these churches are in need of children’s curriculum.  The money collected by our children at First Baptist Church will purchase children’s curriculum used to teach Albanian children about Jesus.

Let’s work together this summer to do our part, bringing the message of God’s love to our brothers and sisters in Christ in Albania.
