THE BASICS
I started attending First Baptist with my parents in 1990. After their first visit my parents knew this was the place they wanted their family to be apart of God's family. Since then I practically grew up at First baptist. As I grew older my desire to be apart of what God was doing in Tuscarawas county continued to grow.
In 1997 I graduated from high school and to be honest I tried to graduate from my faith as well. Over the next 2 years I continued to run from my past, my problems, and my relationship with Jesus. But God was ever faithful to love me and draw me back to Him.
In July of 2000 I moved from Canton to New Philadelphia to be a part of the community and church that I had come to love. Over the next 6 years I had many opportunities to learn, serve, and grow within my local church. As each opportunity stretched me and challenged me further I felt God was leading me to serve Him fulltime. In December of 2007 I accepted a full time position with First Baptist to serve in the areas of Student (High School and Middle School) and Worship Ministries.
