THE BASICS
Rich married his best friend and incredible companion, Kelly, in Fall of 1996 and have been blessed with four wonderful children: Zeke (2002), Thad (2004), Eliza (2006), Addy (2008). Attended University of Toledo – obtained a B.S. degree in 1994. Participated in FBC Shepherd School of Ministry – Graduated Summer of 2005. Has worked in management / operations positions for over 12 years. Was a corporate level executive for Express Packaging, Inc. Has gained experience with urban church planting (The Rock of Lakewood), and most recently worked with inner-city young adults in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Loves spending time with his wife and children: outside by a campfire, in a woods, or snuggling on the sofa.

My responsibilities at church are...
My current duties include: Teaching and preaching the Word on Sunday mornings, overseeing our missions ministry, and assisting with the overall leadership and direction of 640. In addition, I have several counseling responsibilities with individuals that I meet on a weekly basis.

My favorite thing about being at First Baptist is...
The people. I am amazed at how God has given us the ability to understand the vast teachings of His incredible Word, and also be able to worship Him from our hearts with incredible emotion.

If I had my dream vacation I’d...
Take my family to a secluded beach / wooded area. We would spend our days gazing at the ocean and our evenings around a campfire toasting marshmallows.
